The early history of schleroderma is confused with that of leprosy, ichthyosis, and keloid. Crusio also appears to be the first to differentiate it. Gintrac in 1874 coined the term "schleroderma." It is now included amonf the connective tissue diseases. Garrison-Morton.com No. 4014.
