Attractive color mezzotint after the portrait of Newton produced by the studio of Enoch Seeman, showing Newton seated at a table with a celestial globe and an open volume of what appears to be the third edition of his Principia Mathematica. The Seeman portrait, now in London’s National Portrait Gallery, was painted circa 1726-1730.
